Bryan possess a comprehensive understanding of estimating across all construction divisions, demonstrating advanced capability in developing accurate estimates even from conceptual drawings with limited specifications.

A key strength is Bryan’s high proficiency in crafting thorough scopes of work to secure subcontracts, coupled with extensive experience in writing and negotiating these subcontracts to maximize job profitability. Bryan also is highly competent in creating complete specifications for design-built projects when none are provided.

Beyond technical skills, Bryan has exceptional oral and written communication abilities. He has been instrumental in implementing and training others on estimating software.
