Jeff Rosser

Jeff is a seasoned construction executive with over 30 years of experience delivering complex commercial and healthcare projects across New York and Florida. After a 13-year tenure at Skanska USA Building as Senior Vice President and Account Manager in the Metro New York Region, Jeff joined PB South in 2024 as General Manager of the Florida Core & Shell Group.

Jeff is responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, optimizing resources, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability within the organization. He provides strategic leadership, oversees project execution, and ensures operational excellence in delivering high-quality, large-scale projects.
