John Fedeli

With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, John has successfully led and delivered some of the most complex and diverse projects. Prior to joining PB South, John served as Senior Vice President of Design and Construction Management for Howard Hughes Holdings for 11 years.

As a Project Executive, John oversee all aspects of construction project execution, from pre-construction planning to final turnover. His responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring budget and schedule adherence, mitigating risks, and fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

With a strong foundation in planning and design, cost control, and project implementation. His ability to adapt to diverse responsibilities and work environments has been key to my success in delivering landmark projects that shape city skylines and communities.
